Central Bracknell office building fully let as NHS TRUST occupy further three floors

Fitzwilliam House, the 30,000 sq ft central Bracknell office block is now fully let, announce owners Bracknell Regeneration Partnership (BRP), as Berkshire NHS Trust moves into a further three floors.

Berkshire NHS Trust has agreed a five-year lease on 12,000sq ft over three floors. Currently the NHS runs an outpatient centre from the ground floor. Other tenants include Bracknell Forest Voluntary Action and Jobcentre Plus.

Clare Juniper, Head of Strategic Asset Management for BRP comments: “We are pleased to welcome NHS to Fitzwilliam House, which now fully let, is indication of a healthy office market in central Bracknell. We believe that our regeneration plans, which will transform the retail and public space in the town, is already having a positive effect on potential occupiers who wish to invest and explore opportunities in Bracknell.”
