Rewarding Customer Service Excellence in Bracknell

06/07/06

On Thursday 22 June, the Bracknell Regeneration Partnership (BRP) hosted its very own Hollywood-style OSCAs at The Grange Hotel to recognise Outstanding Service to Customers Awards among retailers in the town centre. With trophies sponsored by the Bracknell News, the award ceremony is part of an ongoing focus on improving customer service in the town.

Over one hundred and fifty retailers from stores in Bracknell plus VIP guests enjoyed drinks, dinner and a motivational talk by retail trainer Steve Harris from Energize Learning Partnership, before finding out which shops took the top spot in each of five categories.
