One of the UK’s top asset managers, who has helped to make Bluewater in Kent and Basingstoke’s Festival Place the successful retail and leisure destinations they are today, has joined Bracknell Regeneration Partnership (BRP).
BRP has appointed Clare Juniper as Head of Strategic Asset Management for Bracknell town centre. Clare will play a leading role in the continuing improvement of the existing town centre and also in delivering BRP’s 750m regeneration scheme, working closely with Bracknell Forest Borough Council.
In her previous role at leading property company Grosvenor, Clare was responsible for the successful re-launch of Festival Place in Basingstoke, which included improvements to the retail mix, marketing and branding. Her track record also includes being asset manager for Lend Lease Real Estate’s highly-successful Bluewater retail and leisure development in Kent, where she was responsible for improving the performance of the centre through leasing strategy, analysing the competition, environmental strategy and planning.
David Gregory, Development Manager from the Bracknell Regeneration Partnership said: “Clare’s wealth of experience with top retail and leisure destinations will prove invaluable as we move towards delivering the comprehensive regeneration of the town centre.”
Clare commented: “I’m delighted to be joining Bracknell Regeneration Partnership at such an exciting time for the town. I look forward to working with both the businesses and local community to provide a town centre of which we can all be proud.”
Bracknell Regeneration Partnership is working in partnership with Bracknell Forest Borough Council on the proposed 750million town centre redevelopment, which will transform Bracknell with new shops, offices, leisure, homes, open spaces and public buildings.
