Sejwix launches unique new web-based delicatessen concept
01/11/06
Local delicatessen and café, Sejwix, is taking its business one step ahead of the competition with the introduction of a unique new web based ordering and delivering service.
Launching 7 November, www.sejwix.co.uk will enable customers to order the same delicious and fresh range of sandwiches online and enjoy the benefits of a convenient and efficient delivery service straight to their desk. The online menu will be updated daily with special deals and new sandwich ranges and with only a 5 minimum spend, customers from across the Bracknell area will be able to order online.
Founder and owner Neil Ellis is confident of the success of the new scheme, commenting: “There is an excellent team supporting this venture and I believe the convenient and efficient delivery service will be well received by businesses and customers located centrally and also further outside the town centre. At Sejwix, quality will always be the most important ingredient and now we are able to offer even more customers the same freshly made sandwiches that they could enjoy in our store.
“There is a dedicated IT support team, who will manage the website and secure PayPal payment system, which is an internationally recognised website payment scheme provider.
“The team is ready for this exciting new phase in Sejwix’s history!”
Earlier this month, Sejwix received its second Service Star in the catering category, as part of the Bracknell Regeneration Partnership’s (BRP) town centre wide Customer Service Excellence programme.
Rob Morris, Retail Manager for BRP comments: “Neil’s team have always prided themselves on their excellent customer service standards and the popularity and success of the business is as a result of their attention to detail and friendliness. I congratulate Neil on this exciting and unique new venture and wish Sejwix the very best of luck as they push the business forward!”
