Bracknell Customer Service Excellence Programme receives national commendation
24/01/07
Bracknell Regeneration Partnership (BRP) is delighted to announce that its successful town centre-wide Customer Service Excellence Programme (CSE) has received a Commendation from the national Association for Town Centre Management (ATCM) at a presentation last week.
The Commendation was given in the “Enhancing the Retail Offer’ category, as part of the ATCM’s South East regional celebration. Presented by Miranda Pearce, Urban Renaissance Manager, South East England Regional Development Authority (SEEDA), the Commendation gives Bracknell the recognition it deserves for creating and delivering its unique Customer Services Excellence Programme, which is a highly targeted Mystery Shopping campaign aimed at improving the retail experience for shoppers and visitors to the town.
Rob Morris, Retail Manager for BRP comments: “The Customer Service Excellence Programme has been a real success in Bracknell town centre and we have enjoyed a fantastic response from our local and national brand retailers. The benchmarking facility has greatly contributed to building on business success for our independent retailers, who are working hard to improve their Customer Service as a result of the feedback.”
