Bracknell welcomes T-Mobile to the town centre

Bracknell Regeneration Partnership (BRP) is delighted to welcome new retailer T Mobile to the town centre, as more local retailers celebrate buoyant sales.

T Mobile is set to open a 1,925 sq ft unit on Stanley Walk, taken on a 15-year lease at 115,000pax. T-Mobile has long had a requirement for a store in Bracknell town centre and this prime pitch location on Stanley Walk allows the mobile phone retailer to benefit from buoyant footfall in the town centre, as more retailers are recognising the opportunity in Bracknell even before regeneration. Retail Manager for BRP Rob Morris comments, “2007 has got away to a cracking start with footfall up double digits for January compared to last year!”

In Princess Square staff at The Fragrance Shop are celebrating their end of year results that placed them top of the company’s nationwide campaign recording the best performance in the new store category. Store Manager Hannah Andrews comments on the results of her team’s hard work, “We are thrilled to have beaten all Fragrance Shops in the country to achieve the best sales results here at our store in Bracknell. It is testament to the commitment and hard work the team has put in over the year, focusing on customer service and teamwork to achieve results!”

Clare Juniper, Head of Strategic Asset Management at Bracknell Regeneration Partnership comments: “Our heartfelt congratulations goes to staff at Fragrance Shop, who have received the recognition they deserve for their commitment to quality customer service. Through BRP’s own town wide Customer Service Excellence programme, we are creating a best-practice customer focused approach in the town centre that is fast becoming a key point of difference in the town.”

Last month BRP won a Commendation from the Association of Town Centre Managers (ATCM) for enhancing the retail offer through the Customer Service Excellence Programme.
