Bracknell Sparkles with Diamonds & Pearls

Bracknell Regeneration Partnership (BRP) has signed a lease with new retailer Diamonds & Pearls, which has taken a store in the town centre. The retailer will move into this prime location at an agreed rent of £65,000 per annum.

This rapidly growing chain of fashion jewellery stores has signed a 10 year lease on the property, which features a 741 sq ft. trading floor and 224 sq ft. basement. It aims to start shop fitting this month, with a store opening scheduled for later this summer.

Diamonds & Pearls currently has over 63 stores nationwide. Its jewellery is fashionable and affordable, with a wide range of styles, designs and colours to cater for all tastes. In addition to its jewellery there is also a range of hair accessories and ‘dressing table’ items, including hand mirrors, trinket boxes, jewellery hangers and jewellery boxes.

Commenting on the news, Clare Juniper, Head of Asset Management at BRP said: “We have wanted to attract a new accessories retailer for a long time to complement our existing fashion offer. To sign a fashionable jewellery chain to the town centre is further evidence of national retailer confidence in Bracknell.

“We are aware of the demand for costume jewellery and accessories from our customers and feel sure that Diamonds & Pearls will become a highly successful business within Bracknell.”
