Take a Break in Bracknell - and all in Aid of Charity!

15/03/05

On Thursday 17 March, Princess Square Management will be encouraging Bracknell shoppers to join them for a well-earned coffee break in order to pledge their support and raise vital funds for the Meningitis Trust.

As part of the Trust’s wider nationwide initiative, Bracknell’s own Coffee Break will be held between 10.00 and 12.00 noon on the upper level of Princess Square. Encouraging shoppers to relax and spare a few moments to offer their support, Princess Square Management will be serving coffee and biscuits and asking for donations in aid of this worthwhile charity.

Helen Barnett, Marketing Manager for the Bracknell Regeneration Partnership (BRP) commented:

“At BRP we are committed to supporting a number of charities on both a local and a national scale. The Meningitis Trust’s Coffee Break forms a vital part of our wider fundraising activities and is also a great excuse to relax and catch up with friends whilst still supporting such a worthwhile cause!”

The Meningitis Trust is an international charity that fights Meningitis through the provision of support, education, awareness and research. Since its inception in 1986, grants totaling over 4 million have been awarded for financing research into all aspects of the disease.
