Vodaphone rings the changes for Bracknell Town Centre

Vodaphone are set to open a new store in Bracknell town centre, having taken a 1,278 sq ft unit in Princess Square. The mobile phone operator has taken a 10 year lease at a rent of 53,500 pa.

Bracknell Regeneration Partnership is delighted with Vodaphone’s presence in the town centre. The deal represents BRP’s first new letting of 2005 and reflects their continued commitment to enhancing Bracknell’s economy as an integral part of the regeneration process.

The letting agents were Churston Heard and Strutt & Parker.
