Bracknell Town Centre Regeneration Project - Development Team Profiles - part 1
17/09/04
Bracknell Regeneration Partnership, working closely with Bracknell Forest Borough Council, has assembled a first class team to deliver the 750m Bracknell Town Centre regeneration project, including some of the world’s leading architects and consultants. Using their combined expertise, gained working on prestigious development schemes around the world, the team is currently working up detailed refinements to the town centre masterplan.
The masterplan was published by the Borough Council in September 2002 as a framework for the redevelopment of the town centre and has been adopted as planning guidance. In April last year the Borough Council signed an exclusive development agreement with the town centre landowners Legal & General and Schroders, who have formed the Bracknell Regeneration Partnership to carry out the development.
In the coming weeks, Bracknell News will be profiling the development team members, highlighting their past achievements and giving readers an insight into the experts who are shaping your town’s future.
This week: Stanhope, the project’s lead development managers
